Corn Pudding (or Corn Souffle)

I guess it depends where you are from or how fancy you want to be. But whatever you call it, it's good stuff.

This is the recipe I use to make corn pudding....it's easy and delicious!

1 can creamed corn
1 can whole kernel corn
1 cup sour cream
2 eggs, beaten
1 pkg sweet corn muffin mix
1/2 cup milk
1 stick of butter, cut into small pieces

Mix all ingredients in a bowl and then pour into a greased casserole dish. Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until set.

Let cool before serving - it is like burning hot magma!
