Easy Slow Cooker Burritos

I've made these several times over the past few years and everyone really enjoys them.

 (I'll post pics later)

What you need is:

a 1.5 to 2 pound roast
1 can diced tomatoes, undrained
1 packet of pot roast seasoning mix
1 can pinto beans, drained
1 can black beans, drained
1 can corn, drained
1 - 4 oz. can chopped green chiles, drained
1/2 tsp chili powder
1 medium onion, diced

1 package of flour tortillas
shredded cheese of whatever you like
sour cream

In your crockpot, combine the roast, tomatoes, seasoning packet, beans, chiles, chili powder, and onion.

Cook on low for 4 to 6 hours, until the meat pulls apart easily.

Take the roast out of the crockpot and when it is cool enough to handle, then pull apart the meat.
Add the meat back into the crockpot and stir.

To serve, put the meat mixture into a tortilla and garnish with whatever you like on top. It will be juicy so use a slotted spoon to dish out:)

Serve with corn chips and enjoy!
